Somebody did a Hellboy that was a bit more cloven hoof than he should be. Don't remember who it was. Wonder if a cheapo horse from Dollar General could be adapted to a Mego leg.

Hmm... yeah, my old HB (circa 2000) was just straight-up comic style.

I actually make and sell 3 cryptozoid characters already, Jersey Devil, Beast Of Bray Road and Bigfoot.

This is what I dig about the Mego Museum… how a simple question has stirred up all these ideas and comments. Type 3 Toys work is very inspiring (still trying to figure out those Jersey Devil legs) and a Cryptozoids line of figures would seem to be a no-brainer (who "owns" Bigfoot, no rights issues, instant recognition). As a designer, I'd lost some of my creative steam, but the members here and their work are really getting me fired up again.
