How can I Make this Head?

For a long time now I've been wanting to make a Moto Kusanagi(Ghost in the Shell) Mego Custom, but I've never been able to find the right Head in Mego scale. She has to look close to this Picture. Any ideas?

Might work BK...but the trick is I need her to look Asian. Well, as much as any Anime Girl does(most look kind of American). She has a tiny Nose.

It's all in the Eye Paint Young 1.

Yeah, I was kinda thinkin' that to BK. It's what will make her look Asian.

You could sculpt a custom head. Anime characters are not anatomically like real people. There are some exaggerations and sometimes the real shape of the human head is just thrown out the window. If you know how to sculpt a little I think a custom head can be made. Just look at how a toy co. made theirs.

Look at this action figure: Motoko Kusanagi – Ghost in the shell S.A.C. 1/6 Scale Pre-Painted PVC Figure. It doesn't look exactly like the pic you posted but the head seems more like a heart-shape from the front. The cheeks and forehead are very flat and the sculpted hair hides the forehead. The eyes are painted on as far as I can see. No sculpted eyes like Megos have and I don't even see nostrils in the nose so that allows you a lot of freedom. I suppose a snap-on part could be made to fit a regular femal Mego head too.

This one looks like it is nearly Mego size:

Ghost in the Shell Gashapon Motoko Cover - eBay (item 150554681515 end time Feb-02-11 1954 PST)

Compare that to Sharsha of tar Blazers. This is a Gashphon figure & nearly Mego size:

hydrospan the head you like, then mold it, then cast it in vinyl, then paint it.
not easy, but able to be done with the know-how. which is all theory for me since i've never done any of this.

                    Hmmmm....

Sometimes you can find good heads on garage kits and action figures. That might be an expensive way to do it, but if you look around you might get lucky. (I've had different garage places fire me off just a head 'cos I asked.) You've got to eyeball 'em first to get the right size. 8"Mego figs are 1/9 scale OFFICIALLY, but sometimes different companies have looser definitions of scale.

This auction has a better pic of the head. It looks like you might be able to remove the sunglasses on this head. I can't seem to extract the photo so you'll have to go there:
