Guardian Dragon clams?

A while back, I bought a figure on the forum & it arrived in a smaller, single-figure clear clamshell (coffin-like, for loose 8" Megos).

Where do I obtain these?--it's labelled "Guardian Dragon" but web searches yield zip.
