Horror head

With Halloween just a few hours away i thought i'd post these progress pics of the horror head that i'm going to be using on a future custom.
It is ideal for a Mummy head, rotting corpse or, like i'm using, the burnt Master from the Doctor Who story " Deadly Assassin ".

This is a heavily re-worked Red Skull head from Austin.

Put a reverend hat and an old suit on him and he kind of looks like that creepy old Reverend Kane from those old Poltergeist movies. Anyone ever do a figure of that guy? He still gives me the willies when I see that movie today.
