Enlarging Mego heads question

Does anyone enlarge their Mego 8" heads up to 1:6 scale?
While I was big into the Mego's in the early 70's I really seem to enjoy working in the larger 1:6 scale. However, there are a number of Mego, Mattel, LJN, etc 8" sculpts that I'd love to add into my collection. Quite a few were very well detailed and have many genre cross over possibilties.
