    Angel

Here is an Angel I just finished, made of items I picked up at this year's MegoMeet. The outfit is from BL, Joe D had a bunch of loose CTVT Richie Cunninghams for a few bucks each. I bought a few and sculpted the mask onto the head of this one, and lastly wings and boots from Doc Mego that I repainted a brighter white.

Yes, the matte finish is a good idea. I've used ModPodge on some of the custom heads I worked on this year, which tends to make them too shiny, especially in photos.
I want to give the wings a second coat of white paint, too.
        Thanks!

Hey Monk- That head works, I wouldn't have thought of it.

An easy tip to make your figure look a little cleaner. Paint as little as possible. CTVT makes white repro boots and both Paul and Joe have them for cheap. Would have saved you a lot of messing around painting the boots. Also, a DM white body would have saved you time messing with painting the hands white.

Thanks, but I can't take credit for the sewing. It is a Bleitner Angel costume.

Nice work. I enjoy seeing some of those celebs of the past turning up as superheroes Very cool idea and i hope we see more like this. Good work on everything. The only think I'd do is maybe use a satin or matte clear coat for the head.
