Does anyone here know a source that sells or can make a custom "trucker ball cap" (foam front with mesh sides/back). I would prefer a cloth cap rather than a molded rubber-type cap. I'm also interested more in 1/6 scale than Mego.

Hmmmm....

You could probably sew up a decent one using the AJ baseball cap as a pattern.... and upscale it to 1/6. Dunno if anyone's tried it though.

You might have better luck over at the Sideshow forum or wherever else the 1/6th customizers hang out.

CTVC just started selling their molded rubber baseball style caps, but it's neither mesh nor cloth and not 1/6th scale either.

There must be a Barbie or Ken doll that has a hat that would fit your requirements?

If you can find any, the old construction Jack line had a few characters that came with caps. I cant remember if they were molded or cloth though?
