Head is Mary Ellen (looked most like Nessa)
Dress is altered Wicked Witch one
Hat Dress part, and Cape are felt
Broom is Multi. Toys

The insert is an extra Cowardly Lion one I had
Don't have leggings for her so just threw Dorothy's socks on her
