    Help with a Custom Project

Hi I'm in the middle of a custom project making a mego scale time traveler and I'm having trouble finding some good high quality pics of thier feet, and my palasades repos are in storage :( I was wondering if anyone has any upclose views of the feet to help me recreate these for my project

you can email them to me at [email protected]

    Thanks in advance

    Hmmmm....

You could cheat and use regular feet in white, since the very original Time Travellers had human looking feet.

I was hoping to do the white squarish feet since I have gone to the trouble to mod the body and create a chest piece

I would fill the toes in with putty and put the feet in colored vinyl dip
& use LJN legs and arms with pop in ball & socket foot & hand joints.

Cool. INVOLVED, but cool! If you've got a Dremel I'd cut the hinge off a Mego foot, and make the rest in wood. (Especially if you're willing to run a mold.) I'd probably make the cuff out of wood too. (Balsa wood'll do if you're making a mold.)

Thats what I was thinking of and using styrene for the detail on the front of the foot, this this part will take longer than the body mod:( as there doesn't seem to be a left and right foot, one mold would do for both feet, the only thing I was thinking was to do the feet pop on like the micros were or if I feel really crazy may try a ball and socket setup

I can't see me using one of them, we never had them overly much in the Uk so I will be sticking to the mego legs or moding some UFC legs and arms if I can get some cheap

Y'know.... that'd be crazy authentic! I'd stick with the Mego joint 'cos it's easier to find and the ball joints will get loose after being played with. (The Mego ones will too; but they're easy to fix. Dab of superglue and a new toothpick and they're good to go.)
