Get Smart head ?????

Wondering, if anybody ever attempted to work on a "Get Smart" Maxwell Smart (Don Adams) custom?
There are 12" Sideshow Maxwell Smart & The Chief figures available. Anybody worked on a shrink or would be interested in an 8" head?

I bought a 12" G.I. Joe,(?), head that looked a little like Don Adams. I also have teh 2 Get Smart 7 inch dolls with vynil heads. Not that great.
