I believe you can pull those out like Mego hands, if I am not mistaken.

You can try hot water to pull hand peg out. I have been trying to figure out how to take a Big Jim apart easily.

They are on a post like a vintage Joe. Pull with pliers. I suggest covering them with a face cloth or something so as not to damage the hand. However, if the pin is stuck inside the arm, with the hand broken off, you may want to try heating then squeezing the arm above the pin, about an inch up to try to pop it out enough to grab it.

Mego hands should fit with a little work or maybe whittling down the peg but they might be a bit small. Look ok on my Super Joes though.
