    Anyone ever reshaped a head?

I've got a soft roto head that I want to "smoosh" into a new shape and make it hold. Has anyone tried this and made it work? TIA

Wouldn't that also smoosh the neck plug?

Have you tried to fill the head with cotton buds, then add super glue, and then an accelerator?

Jess - the neckplug was the issue I was running into. I was also thinking of cotton, but wasn't sure on how to make it malleable. Thanks for the advice.

You could also go with a quick two part epoxy fill, and wedge it into the shape you want as it cures.

Boiling water to soften the head even more than place it in a "shape" box with a slot cut out for the neck than dunk it ice water.
