What scale would you say a Mego figure is?

GI Joe is 1/6 scale. so would a Mego be like 1/9 or 1/10.
the reason I ask is because of all the scale vehicles out there. (motorcycles and others) could be easy fodder for customizing. I just found a friction powered quad at Dollar General for $3. it was dark blue enough that it soon will be my new BAT-ATV. as soon as I slap a few decals to it. They also have a red quad. Can anyone say Spidey-ATV?

For vehicles you can even go as small as 1/10th.

8" x 9 = 72 inches or 6 feet, hence 1/9 scale or Mego scale

12" x 6 = 72 inches or 6 feet, hence 1/6 scale or GI Joe scale

etc, etc. etc

As Ant pointed out, accessories, vehicles, etc, don't always follow those rules, especially Mego, since most of their vehicles look like bumper cars at a kiddie park.
