Would a Mego fit on a 1:18 scale Harley Davidson?

Would a Mego figure fit onto a 1:18 scale Harley Davidson?

I was looking at some of the scale model Harley's on ebay, and I had the vague thought that it might be in perfect scale for a Mego.

They also had a kit that was 1:8 scale.

So, which is better?

1:18 is 3 3/4 inch scale.

1:8 is more in line with mego sized, tho it may be a tad large.

I've used a 1:9 scale for a Vespa scooter. Worked perfect!

megos are approximately 1:9 scale.

1:8 is a little bigger. That would be a 9" figure of a 6' person.
