DREMEL FLEX SHAFT
I have one and use it mainly for model kits. This is great for fine work. You don't get tired holding the whole freakin` Dremel when you work. Match to the model number listed or try the other version they recommend.
I also recommend one of these to keep the main unit out of the way while working:

DREMEL WORKSTATION
I have a free-standing base for mine but this may be better because it holds the Dremel upside-down like an IV bag. All are on sale now!!!!
Lastly, a word of advice, I don't recommend getting sharp, metal saw wheels, with sharp teeth for cutting. Those things are dangerous! You could cut off whole fingers or worse with those damn things. Graphite discs are safer.
