What should I use to remove super glue from fabric?

I got my 1966 Batman figure back from Brian Leitner yesterday and I accidently got some super glue on the front of Batman chest and where it's at you can see it.I had Brian sew the costume on the figure because I didn't plan on taking it off. What's the best way to remove the glue without ruining the fabric? What should I use?As soon as I get the glue off I'll be posting pictures in the finished customs section. Thanks to everyone for your help.

No just kidding... probably the safest thing I would try would be numerous dabs with a wet rag. Rub it a little, let it dry, repeat, most likely a lot.

acetone works but might take color off. Superglue remover might take color off too...?

You will need to find something that will dissolve glues. I'm sure there's a chemical for it somewhere.

Honestly ..., I think you are completely screwed here Dude..., I never got Super Glue off of anything before. It hardens the Fabric somewhat, ... and you can't get that off.

You might explore using some lighter fluid. Perhaps google that to see if others have had any success with superglue. It's great at removing adhesives that otherwise can't be removed easily and it evaporates after a while but I've never tried it on fabric nor on super glue myself.

please read the super glue tips section on their site as they recommend acetone for fabrics as well as other materials....

Good old fashioned Fingernail Polish remover will break down superglue.
