    Quick custom question

Hey, guys. I'm looking to try and do a custom female figure, but am having problems finding an 8" Mego with black hair (other than Wonder Woman or Isis), and I'd just as soon avoid having to reroot the figure's hair. I've also checked the CTVT site - the Happy Days Joanie would work if her hair wasn't sculpted. Is there another figure that might work? Is there any way to dye a figure's hair, especially if it's dark (like Dorothy) already? Thanks in advance!

    Rainfall's Bible Greats Esther...

    Rainfall's Bible Greats Ruth

    Mego OMBC Mada

Although the Bible greats heads won't fit directly onto a Mego body some alteration is needed....

A sharpie will darken the hair color but it makes it a bit stiff and is a extremely messy process....

    Rit dyes don't take well....

I'd thought of Mada, but I'd need shoulder-length hair. I guess I can look around for the Esther or Ruth heads and keep a Sharpie as a last resort.

Or you could color the hair with sharpies, pretty easy to do
