The British knockoff Captain Marvel. This started out as a golden age version, then I decided the head looked a lot more like the Warrior revival from the late 80's.

In the Southeast Pacific, lies the sunken city of R'Leyh. There lies C'thulhu waits to return to our world with the other Great Old Ones. A hideous creature of enormous size and alien power, it waits for it's time to return patiently. For it has all the time in the world while it waits for the stars.
Short synopsis: Fawcett's Captain Marvel was originally reprinted in England in the 50s but somewhere along the way (because of the lawsuit by National maybe?) they had to stop using the Captain Marvel name and he became Marvelman in the reprints. When he was revived in the 80s, Marvel Comics forced the name change and he became Miracleman.
