Fantastic Four Herbie the Robot Custom

I am working on a Herbie the Robot custom from the FF cartoon series.

My question is how tall should he be in 8" Mego scale? Should the top of his head be at a figures waist? Higher? Lower?

Would appreciate some advice.

I wouldn't say any longer than 3".., maybe 3 1/2"

CHeck out pics of the Marvel Legends FF box set. If that is accurately in scale, I'd say he comes up to about mid thigh.

according to the cartoon, he is about the size of 1 head and torso

I would say headand torso height too.....going by the toon anyways.
