    Mego Fabric question

Does anyone know the specific name for the fabric used on the original megos? I know it wasn't cotton jersey but something else.???

I think some of them were cotton knit.

I believe the knit used for WGSH, Trek, etc. was polyester.

The closest modern fabric to it is polyester single-knit. It's what Emce uses for their Trek re-issues.

JoAnn's has several colors of it available; it's called Jet Set.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.
