Do Mego and CTVT figures have solid limbs?

yes, they are solid, and your best bet is to drill a hole in both ends after the cut and use the right size dowel rod to reinforce the limb. I use the free chopsticks at Chinese restaurants. I've yet to find a glue that holds that greasy CTVT plastic. You must try to generate happiness within yourself. I asked a question about gluing on the EMCE forum, and Doc said that glue for ABS plastic was the thing to use. But that advice refers to EMCE's stuff, I don't know what would work on CTVT.Comment

I use superglue and the dowel method I mentioned previously. It also works to do a swivel bicep without the glue. You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If you aren't happy in one place, chances are you won't be happy anyplace. -Ernie BanksComment

I've never cut one apart but I was under the impression these are not solid but hollow at their widest points? You can see injection holes in some of them. Plus I have seen some limbs crushed in. Mainly talking about type 0/1 Megos.

This might work too...

In the Southeast Pacific, lies the sunken city of R'Leyh. There lies C'thulhu waits to return to our world with the other Great Old Ones.
