Fixing a large hole in the back of a head

Hey I am making Worf but when I shrank him the head tore in the back where the rooted hair was. The rest of the head is perfect so How can I fill this in and sculpt it to look cool?

I thought about cutting the back of an old klingon head out and super gluing it then filling it in with a silicone. Any thoughts?

      Hmmmm....

2 part epoxy, resculpt the back. Shouldn't be too hard, since the shrunken heads are rigid. (I think.)
