    Dungeons and dragons customs.

    Hello,
I remember someone here was working on a WARDUKE. I really love that head. I was thinking of making the OTHER characters from the series.
It seems really do-able, but the heads are an issue.

Is anyone already working on this? I would love to share Ideas.
    Cheers,
    Guyx1

Good ol' Warduke. He's currently the head of the Gang of Ultimate Evil:

I think we all saw this coming.... - Mego Talk

I've been making a lot of generic RPG type characters lately. (Including orcs, and some Warhammer-esque ghouls.) Warduke is modeled mostly on the original figure; although some of the details were cribbed from a Dungeon Magazine article where they gave updated stats for the d20 version of the game.

      >I was thinking of making the OTHER characters from the series.

From the TV series....? *shudder* I could never watch that show... I'd spent too many years playing the game prior and it was jarring to see a D&D team where like, HALF the team has weapons and there was no cleric. (And try that "show the Beholder a flower" trick in the game. I dare you!) I was gonna make Mego figs of some of the other D&D figures though.

But if you were gonna make the characters from the show, they're not actually as complicated as they first seem. Being animation characters their designs are sectioned out pretty simply. It'd take a while to do the outfits; but they shouldn't be so bad. Heads are trickier; but you could get away with the same one for the two girls, painted differenty and with different hair. (You could probably get away with actual Mego heads; but if you wanted to be completely accurate I think the main characters would be done in Titan scale, 'cos they're kinda short.) The guys you'd have to scratch build. I'm not sure how experienced you are at carving stuff, so it's tough to get into right now; but if you've alrady got some ideas I can probably make suggestions.
