Shrinking a Bobble-Head...

Is this possible, based on its size?

Would it be shrunk in stages to reach Mego scale?

Very curious, as there's a certain one I'd like to see adapted into a Mego-type head...

You can shrink it.
Might need a couple shrinks because of it's size, like you say.
I've shrink some pretty damn big stuff.
