I want to shrink a pair of Mego Wizard of Oz LION SHOES to fit a 7" Teen Titan size figure........or even better, can anyone do this for me?.....Thanks..

Do you mean shrink them with Hydrospan or acetone? I don't know if I've seen anyone do either. Are lion shoes made of a material that would shrink in acetone?Hey! Where's the waiter with the water for my daughter?
