Looking for a flocker

Can anyone recommend a good flocker?
Preferably someone on this continent.
I purchased a lion rock figure on ebay who rcvd a hair and beard flocking and it inspired me for a custom I have been itching to make.

I have personally never used them, but I know a lot of Joe collectors have, and it seems they do nice work....
