If you can find someone to mold AND cast you 3 heads for 5-8 dollars because you won't pay more than 10, I say go for it. I think a lot of people in here who don't do this kind of thing, sometimes expect things be cheaper than they actually are... The hard costs of the silicone ALONE on a properly done, mego scale head mold, is much more than 8 dollars, I can tell you that for sure. If there are people out there, that disagree, and think it's cheaper, then by all means, knock yourselves out.
