Like I told you offline, this is amazing!!!
The cowl under the cape is a good idea. I might try that. I never liked the RC makes because of the big thick end tips. Perhaps the key is a thicker cape/material and the ends tucked into the collar. Now, you got me going!!

Well, actually i have (3) kids. two boys and one girl. Therefore, right as we speak... i'm putting together two more Batman figures for my kids.... exactly like the picture below. My kids are off from school this week and they cant stop staring at this Removable Cowl Batman, They professed to me last night "Dad, You hit bulls eye". I'm so happy they like it, and that members here that have seen it like it also. Batman is such an Iconic figure that children of all ages, even Marvel only fans can't resist loving the "World's Greatest Detective". Today i'm on cloud 9 (as i see my kids smile in unison)!!! This is what it's all about.



Just showed a buddy of mine...who's a big Mego Batman Geek my kids Batman figure. LOL, Dude literally fell to the ground. He totally loved it.

Yeap! It looks to me like either a Mego Shazam or a Dr. Mego Peter Parker head under the cowl. Bat emblem and belt look like those in the 8" Bikin/Toy Biz Keaton Batman figure. Blue pants seem to be from the FC Wolverine suit. Nice kit bash!
