I picked up the graphic novel at Walden books. I skipped it back when it came out because I thought it didn't look good but I just read the whole thing from front to back and the VS. stuff that you phoned in for the results was pretty good. All though Captain America would waste Batman and Namor would wipe the floor with Aquaman. So, it was obvious that most of it was based on popularity.

Maybe we need to take this to the Comics Forum, but I'm gonna have to quibble here: I thought the best was Bruce Wayne: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. -- That comic was one of the best fusions and was kick-butt all on its own!
I think this is a subject worthy of customizing. Dark claw most of all. I read some of the Amalgam stuff when it came out. I thought it was interesting to see the merging of certain comic archetypes. Batman/Wolverine was almost a given in this format. But it reminds me. Didnt they do a female version of the joker under the Amalgam title where she was a hero instead of villian? Or is my memory off.

That Joker was another of DC's Fifth week events. That's where a month had an extra wed. Comic delivery day and therefore they decided to make something extra and unique on that day. An alternate take on the regular universe, not tied into anything with Marvel
The second set of amalgam was just not as good and the Darkclaw animated was annoying.
