    I think I made this figure!

    I made a Green Lantern out of a Captain Kirk mego and used Penguin arms. Oh, I just remembered there is a picture of the one I made in the "finished customs". I'll check and see!
    never mind, mine was a t-1 this is a t-2.

      I think the creator of that figure was Eric Meyers, megohead and one of the founders of RTM. The Museum moved out of Toymania the same time he did.
