Which female body and head should I use?

I plan on doing some female superhero 8 inch figures in the near future and I was wondering which female body should I use?Also,who on the message board is good at sculpting female heads?I have Rhuematoid Arthritis in my hands and they hurt all the time,so I wouldn't be able to sculpt anything at all.I've seen some of the female figures on this website and they all look great but who should I contact about the bodies and the heads?Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

You're covering a lot of ground there.... Which charactrers are you thinking of?

Female bodies are easier to customize than make, 'cos it's easier to fix the knee joint. So there's a few options out there.

I f you want a good base female body to work with. Dr. Mego has the best Mego type body. He also has a great sellection of sculpted heads. They may require painting.

I agree. Doc has them in Caucasian and brown, depending on what ethnicity the character is.

He also has a repro of the Supergirl head, with real fake rooted hair. She's easy enough to reroot, if you're willing to go that route.

You might want to restring the body though, as the rubber bands are WAY too tight.

There's a tutorial on that on the forum, and easy enough to do. Just use a quality elastic cord that doesn't dry out over time.

Dr. Mego has some really good new female bodies. He probably has various Breyer girl heads you could use. You should shoot him a message on here and see if he can help.

I love that blond Supergirl head. I am going to order a bunch of them and attempt to re-root them for various females.
