 At first I was thinking along the likes of burn victim, then Type3toys said pastel blue.
 When I painted the Luminator kits, I started with a flat black base, then carefully dry-brushed the colors on layer by lighter color layer. In the end, it brought the detail of the sculpture out. Looking fantastic from many different angles.
 I get the feeling Plaitoy wants some thing a little more colorful and simpler. For this, I would go with a white base coat. Then choose a darker version of the color wanted, and do a wash coat. Washes can pool in areas that make high light areas dark. Using a light dry-brush often removes these quite quickly. I guessing here, but I think it would have the color of a production toy piece and not a life like model. If Plaitoy is using the two piece model head, It can be painted with enamel model paint. It dry brushes way better than acrylic.Comment

 I like a light grayish-green.
