Who's already devising ways? The head size ratio seems 1:1 with WGSH.
I'm guessing that if it's a Big Jim style head, then it has a hollow base. That should make it easier for a sliced neckplug to adhere. A rubber washer might be needed to create a suction gap if the Matty head base is to wide. The best outcome would be to use an industrial glue on the plug and washer, than have the washer push and pop into the Matty head. Otherwise you risk pressuring the glued area when squeezing it into a torso.
What's the sturdiest plug? EMCE? Old Mego? I haven't found a solid one on a CTVT yet, but they do have the most plug material to work with which could be beneficial.
