No.
I do not believe the Material I enjoy covering and Customizing will ever be made, if the Line continues for yrs to come. And it's more than Just like I need this figure,.. or now I have this, I don't need to make 1 ... I enjoy Making figures, and the Craft of Customizing...
I'm with Jason here. Most of what I customize are characters we'll never see because the license is either too obscure for companys to care, or the actor's likeness is too pricey to bother. Plus I like the art of creating. I already have my customs lined up for 2010 so I'm booked for the whole year. Not likely to see any of what I have coming in an official Mego-size.
Yes, for WGSH and Star Trek. I'll wait to see what major characters are factory made, and focus customs on less likely ones like Signalman, Baron Blitzkrieg, Crime Syndicate, Imperial Guard, Squadron Supreme, etc. and other sets, like Tomland's Star Raiders. I'm still hoping Marvel will jump on the bandwagon when they see how successful Retro Action will be- like DC did with their 9 inch line, after Famous Covers came out.
But we know that Retro Action DC will! And hopefully Marvel will want their piece of the action. Even though I'll probably do a lot of switching and modifying (like with Green Arrow), it's awesome to have factory made 'Mego scale' heads and suits on the way. I'll buy at least 4 of every character they make- 2 for my nephews and 2 for me.
