In case anyone wanted to know this, since Halloween is coming. I used one of these skulls for the Red Skull. The skull is fused to the spine, and the spine is fused to the ribcage and pelvis. There is a break in the spine to allow the head to move up and down. Cut there. There will be a little piece of spine attached to the skull. Cut a small rectangular piece of cardboard and fold it in the middle. Glue this to the spine piece to make it bigger. I use E600. This works well. Let dry for about forty minutes. Once everything is secure, wrap rubber bands around the cardboard. This creates a makeshift neck plug. You may need to widen the neck hole, or adjust the number of bands. Once it's ready, twist and wiggle the skull into the neck hole. You should have the skull attached in about an hour. The skull will be able to move around like any other head. If you have a NuMego, you'll have to cut off the stem and make a hole first. I have pics, of course.
