AI in 3D Modelling?

Yes AI is bad. I’m not arguing that point. I don’t think it could ever make serious art. But…if generative AI can make a video of a character, can that video of say a character head be turned into a 3D printing file and used to make a sculpt of a character? I’m not trying to do this myself. I don’t own a 3D printer and I don’t do enough personally with any AI to try this. Just thinking this might be the direction we are going at some point.

I think it would be great. Just like a Star Trek replicator. Hey Alexa, make me a Mego head of such and such. I don't have a 3d printer either, but if they came down in price, and without the complexity, until Alexa sends the Terminators. I'll do some fiddlin' while Rome smolders.
