Green Lantern Corps Ideas

All the John Stewart Green Lanterns from the ZLC blind boxes kind of gave me the idea of a quick fix GL Corps set. Which easily found heads make the best GLs? My ideas are the Gorn modern and vintage, the Romulan with a red dye would make a quick Sinestro. The Andorian would be fun. Most of the Star Raiders would work pretty well. Cowardly Lion would actually look pretty cool. Moleman and the Fly would be alright. Let’s hear more quick fix GL Corps ideas.

Love the concept! You could do Superman & Batman as GL - just put the costume on their respective bodies. I just wish I could find a great head to make a secret identity Hal Jordan...

Back in the day there were a lot of Spock Sinestros floating around. I used a CTVT Martian Manhunter head for my Abin Sur, but just about any bald guy should work well enough. . My Corps is pretty much done except for Tomar Re. I recently rediscoved a head in my parts bin that I need to finish.

Nimoy Spock and TWOK Spock and New Worlds Spock and Romulan would all work well for Namor and Sinestro.

I agree with the above comment, back in the day, I remember putting a Spock head on a regular mego body with Robin green shorts and you had custom Submariner. I remember having some great battles with Aquaman.

I'm old-school, I suppose: The only alternate GL I ever wanted as a Mego was Tomar-Re.

I guess the reverse is also true. You could do a lot of cool characters as Trek characters with the abundance of TNW Spock and Pike figures. And Peter Cushing in the Captain’s green V shirt is kind of cool.
