what is best paint to paint a mego head

Hi everyone, I have not done too many customs over the past few years. Any paints I had are old and needed to be thrown out. I have some modern mego figures that i am customizing and want to repaint the heads. This would include changing skin tone, hair color, etc. What is the best paint to use for repainting heads? Thanks!

For vinyl heads, I use artists' and craft acrylics.

WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.
