    Mego Scale Weapons

I was a little peaved that my FlashPoint Batman had no guns so I did a bit of research on this forum and read that the McFarlane weapons might be a good fit.

So I tracked down a few sets to try them out.

Here are the sets I am talking about:

There are 3 different sets from McFalane, I bought 3 sets of No.1 and one set of No.3. Could not find set 2

Those McFarlane weapons look like they work really well.

You asked about other weapons: There are the weapon packs from the Rambo figures from Coleco in the mid to late 80s. Being that old, they're probably hard to find nowadays, unless maybe you run across someone selling new old stock or maybe someone selling a lot of Rambo figures/accessories. I bought a pack at Toys R Us way back to see how they'd go with the Mego figures. While the stuff was in the right scale, I remember the handles on some of the weapons were a little too "thick", by that I mean that the Mego figures couldn't hold them (unless you'd trim them down or something). I think a figure from nowadays with a more rubbery/flexible hand could grip them though.

I bought the Mcfarlane weapons set just for the tommy gun. Sold the rest.
        Wanted:

Diamond select Spider-man hands. Long shot, I know...but ya never know..

Here's a link showing the Rambo weapons that I referred to in my earlier post: https://retrotoyquest.com/action-acc...m-coleco-1987/

I haven't priced these on eBay or anything, but the prices listed on this page seem a little high. Of course I could be wrong and those prices could be accurate for this stuff...
