Never seen it either, but it does appear to be the right (Mego) size doesnt it? I'm guessing of course, assuming the strap is roughly 1/2" wide.

POssibly the 5" Medicom sculpt? Aren't cell phone straps 1/4"? This would make it small for Mego. Promising though.
