    how to get that shadowy look.

    Yea, im making a figure that has a hood, but from his nose up his face is very shadowy. how will i create that look.

    I wouldnt. I would just make the hood big enuff to make a shadow.

            I have always Liked that figure Bob.
            So yeah,.. is He going Comando under the Red there ? ... That could explain the Howling Wolf behind him.

                  Hmmmm....

                  I'd paint it; but the problem with doing so is that it'll have too much of an edge to look right. If you have one; airbrushing it on would work. If not, try drybrushing it on, blending it into the flesh tone at the lower edge.
