Back in the '70s when SPACE:1999 was new I would have sold my grandmothers for MEGO figures from the show!! (Just kiding. They were both
wonderful ladies).

Years later when I found out that MEGO made UK exclusive figures I was royally p***ed off! I did a search on a computer for MEGO and discovered this site and others. Once I learned that Dr. Mego had repros of some SPACE:1999 heads and accessories I was off and running.

I've done other customs but that's what got me started and they are my
favorite customs. Maybe because I had to "wait" thirty plus years for MEGO
style SPACE:1999 figures.
