I am a little leary of this. Hydrogen Peroxide is kinda nasty....It might work well on thicker plastics, but I have a feeling it would eat right through softer stuff.....Still, If I can find some around the house, I've got a zombie head or two (dozen) that I will try it out on.
I doubt hydrogen peroxide will eat through plastic, but I'm also really doubtful that this procedure will work to restore the color of zombie grey mego heads.
This "fix" seems to be specifically formulated for ABS (hard) plastic that has yellowed due to the breakdown / degradation of the chemicals used in its manufacture.
Softer vinyl type plastics (PVC), like the kind used on action figure heads, have a different chemical composition. The fading/discoloration of that kind of plastic is due to a different chemical reaction altogether.
Having said that, it might be interesting to see (for example) if this procedure will work to restore the brightness of Mego heads that are molded in white, but have yellowed over time (like The Joker, for example)

very nice find. Now we can display our collections in broad daylight instead of hiding out in murky basements. Might not do too much to a stormtroopers arms and legs tho.
I wonder if this would clean up vintage Star Wars Storm Troopers?

That's a very good question! Sounds like this stuff is geared more for that type of material... the plastic that the great ol' Stormy Troopers were made of.
