Odin: The all-father of Asgard

I am going to take my aim off super heroes for awhile and work a little bit with Asgardian myths (based on Marvel).
I found the perfect head for Odin and helmet.

As Scott puts it, "are you going to poke his eye out Cat?"

I am just trying to get a good idea what I should do for a costume. I am using a hybrid Famous Covers/Mego body I designed for my Thor and Hercules.

Anybody liked to toss their two cents on Odin's fashions?

I'd use a Mr. Sinister undersuit for the stripy part, then you are going to have to do some armor work for the rest.

Maybe cut up some Tinman armor and paint it gold?

Oh my god! I have been spending long waking hours (when not making music and fixing computers) putting this guy together. I sorta took from the world of Joe Thunderbolt. I wanted to make Odin but there are so many variations of costumes and designs he is wearing over the years. I decided to create a hybrid of Odin armor and outfits. I want to show him so bad but I don't want to spoil anything.
I have been tweaking him and painting him. I found the perfect head and war helmet. I can't wait to premiere this. The suspense is killing me!!

I would rebuild his armor out of the softest, thinnest foam, all glued together. Or maybe even some leather.

OK. This is what I got so far. I still need to add a few more things to him. It is a hybrid of all of Odin's armors and looks through the years.
The body is my 8 1/2 inch bigger creation using left over Famous Cover upper torsos.

I am going to touch up the torso plate and add a strap across it.
