yourownhead.net has a thread called "Heads" I think and some of us convinced him to make a new custom Trek head on a thread now. Search for him. He told me what he charges to do one from scratch but this is a good idea.
Look him up, I'm sure he will quote you in a PM. That is how I got that Custom Trek Head thread started.

If it's existing resin heads from various characters......The place to go is http://tigersbonemachine.com/
Tell Dave McCormick that Frank V. informed you of his site. I believe he charges approx...$25 to $30 a head.
What most of us Customizers do is...look for an existing Resin Head that is a close to the Character you're trying to make...then modify it with Putty.

I have asked many people if they can put pointy Trek sideburns on a custom but I've mostly been told that this isn't "easy" or much easier than making a custom from scratch. I'll PM you about this also. Thanks for bringing this up.

Thanks for clarifying it up, wasnt sure how it was done, i thought they would have to sculpt an an head from resin, but if they taking a exisiting resin sculpt saves alot of $$ and time.
Thanks Thebat
