Realistic Star Trek Insignias?

I was just wondering if anybody had made some Star Trek Chest Insignias? I'm not talking about Repro Silver Mego ones...but something that looks more like the real thing. Maybe printed on Vynil Stckers like "TheBatmanGuy" makes?

Ya know...they're gold I believe, outlined in black...with different symbols in the middle(Command, Science, Medical, etc...).

That sounds tricky? The only thing that concerns me, is the Foil isn't very sturdy...that's why I was thinking Vynil Stickers.

No it's gold foil with a sticky backing...works and holds up fine.

Construct them? Uh, just by printing the emblem out on the paper and then cutting them out. Yes I sell them.

Realistic Star Trek Insignias?

These emblem/insignias are from the 9" Playmates Star Trek figures collection. The emblems come with the three ranking insignias. I copied them on Photocopy paper w/ultra shine, then cut them individually while adding double sided tape to each.
They all have their correct insignias....even the security guards.




Bottom picture shows kirk with Prototype head.....Never realesed.

I concur the BatmanGuy does make all types of emblems. And he's a nice guy to Boot.
