Captain Britain Question

Hi,

I'm working on a classic Captain Britain (Circa 70's) and had a question about his costume. Does he wear red briefs over the basic red costume or is it just one piece? It's hard to tell from the images I have and I cannot find better ones. Any help would be appreciated.

hope it helps, most of the captain britain stuff I see from this era is in black and white like a lot of UK comics from that time
