Did anyone ever try ENLARGING an 8" Mego head ?

Just wondering if anyone has ever tried enlarging an 8" Mego head to 12" scale.

I thought it would be pretty cool to put an 8" Mego head (which have the best head-sculpts ever) on a classic GI Joe body --- which imo is the coolest action figure body ever made.

It would be easy to enlarge with hydrospan 100. David Lee did this years ago to a Spidey head. He made it supersized and made a statue out of it and brought them to Megocon. He also enlarged a couple Cory Wood 8" sculpts to 12" scale if I recall.

I seem to recall somebody made some 12" Trek figures using Mego heads as well. Had a rip snortin bridge playset to stick them in as I remember. I think their were pictures on the old museum boards?
