Howdy,
I finally found some white fun fur that would approximate Mugato hair, and made a Mugato hide cloak for my Klingon Ambassador figure. It looked ok at first, but after a couple a days standing on display, the fur has taken on a life of its own! The stuff is starting to stick out all over the place due to static I guess? Whatever's causing it, the ambassador is starting to look more like a mighty killer of Muppets instead of Mugato's!
I tried hairspray on a piece of the fur, and while it holds it down, it gives of a shiny, greasy look, and the fur looks like its all matted.
Anybody have any suggestions how to tame the wild muppet look?
