Definitely add me to the list who needs one. I'm sure there are several here who'd like a head. I actually ordered that head about six months ago from Ada and she cancelled the order saying there weren't enough orders to go into production.

Anyway, please let us all know when you've got these ready. I have paypal money standing by...

I shrink stuff for my own use but if anyone else wants a cast i'll sell it to cover my costs. I'm even prepared to trade, instead of sell, if someone wants one and has something i need.

I NEVER sell her stuff on Ebay, unlike some others who blatantly re-mould and sell her 1/6 sculpts.
That is what she is angry about.

If anyone has a problem with what i do, then don't buy from me.

Maybe I misunderstood her position, but I thought she was angry because people here were shrinking her heads too.... and as I remember, someone here, (was it you or someone else) discussed the possibility of making her heads 1/9 scale. Then there was a posting where people bit*hed because they didn't like her prices and an argument about the "MARKET" here.....

I think it's unfortunate that most people don't differentiate between recasting mass produced stuff and recasting the work of artists who are investing a lot of time and money in what they do. Either way here, it's only worth ten bucks here as this is the standard we have created.

By the way, didn't she once offer this head in 1/9 scale? why is she no longer selling 1/9 heads?

Anyway, I do see a difference and don't see BK's question as hypocritical. A difference between recasting Ada's heads and recasting Marvel heads is that the Bowen and those artists get/got paid for what they do.

I sell recasts of old stuff or things I modify but am too chicken sh*t to do the Marvel stuff due to licensing issues. However, I would never recast a garage kit or sculpt that an artist did and sell it without their permission.

To each is own I guess. But it's too bad that Ada isn't offering her sculpts here. And that's an unfortunate consequence....

I just always read the golden age Rule...., in that the Honor Amung Custom Theives,.. is to never Boost another Customizers Stuff. In which,.. I hadn't, or haven't yet.

I was unclear on people being able to mold her stuff,.. given the previous threads here on the Decussions of Her, & the Idea of it. I wasn't trying to Bust anyones Balls,.. nore cause Anyone Greif in this thread ,.. It was a simple Question I didn't understand. I just thought Maybe,.. you were connected to her,.. or something. Perhaps I should have worded it differently.

Someone asked about getting a mego scale Lee Majors head and i said i had one, which i had bought and shrunk from 1/6 for my own use before she even offered to do 8" any heads.

I didn't buy it and shrink it with the intention of selling them for profit, i was just offering to help someone out.
